Ermanno Fabbri

Ermanno Fabbri studied classical guitar with Luisa Franzosi, a teacher at the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan, from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 to 2004, he studied with Maestro Erminio Zito at the Yamaha Music School, where he graduated. From 2007 to 2009, he attended functional harmony courses with Mino Fabiano, a teacher at the Scuola Civica di Milano.

He was a teacher at the Yamaha Music School in Milan from 2013 to 2015. He is an esteemed turn-based guitarist, both live and in the studio. As a session man, he has collaborated with many artists in the national pop rock and alternative pop scene (Il Cile, Nina Zilli, Sergio Sylvestre, Andrea Giops, Body Heat Gang Band, Alteria, Maurizio Vandelli, Marianne Mirage, Levante, and Timothy Cavicchini), Rap (Assalti Frontali, Dj Bonnot, Ensi, and Deleterio) and reggae (Smoke Orchestra, Piero Dread, Giuliano Palma, Awa Fall, Raphael, Lion D, and Sun Sooley); these being the most continuous collaborations.

A big fan of the Blues, he is working on his eponymous project as a singer-songwriter, with a recently released record (Ermanno Fabbri, November 2018). He works as a teacher promoting his masterclass in rock and blues guitar.
